We conduct group-based fitness classes in the heart of Charlottesville, Virginia. Our focus is on mastering movement and gaining strength and endurance, with a dash of friendly competition.

You will run and row short, middle, and long distances. You will use barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells, and learn to deadlift, squat, press, clean, and snatch. You will jump in all directions: over things, on top of boxes, and across the ground. You will master moving your bodyweight on push-ups, pull-ups, and dips. Your core will get stronger through farmer’s walks, sandbag carries, plank holds, and gymnastics movements. In short, you will constantly challenge your body to adapt to new movements and develop strength and power.

Most importantly, you will work hard and have fun!
