We are meeting at 10:00 a.m. at beautiful Forest Hills park.

Work:  In eight minutes, complete as many rounds as possible of,

  • 5 Push Ups
  • 7 Bench Jumps
  • 10 Walking Lunges (5R/5L)

Mobility: Hamstring /w belt, strap, or super-friend
